By selecting the checkbox below and proceeding with my loan application, I confirm that I have read, understood and voluntarily agreed to the following terms:

1. 1. Nature of MoneyDosti

   I understand that MoneyDosti is an independent third-party affiliate and loan referral platform and is not a bank, NBFC, lender, or financial institution. MoneyDosti does not itself sanction, approve, process, underwrite, or disburse personal loans.

2. 2. Loan Comparison & Recommendation

   I understand that MoneyDosti may compare, filter, rank, and/or recommend loan products based on the information provided by me and the criteria available on its platform. Such comparison or recommendation is provided for informational and referral purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee or assurance of loan approval.

3. 3. Application to Lender

   I understand that by proceeding with this application, I am choosing to apply for a loan product offered by a third-party lender. My loan application, credit assessment, verification, approval/rejection, interest rate, loan amount, tenure, fees, charges, repayment schedule and other applicable terms shall be determined solely by the concerned lender in accordance with its policies and eligibility criteria.

4. 4. No Guarantee by MoneyDosti

   I acknowledge that MoneyDosti does not guarantee or assure loan approval, loan disbursement, interest rate, loan amount, processing time, or any other outcome of my loan application.

5. 5. Relationship with the Lender

   I understand that any loan, if approved, will be governed by the terms and conditions, loan agreement, Key Fact Statement (KFS), and other applicable documents of the concerned lender. Any contractual relationship relating to the loan shall be between me and the concerned lender, and MoneyDosti is not a party to the loan agreement unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. 6. Responsibility for Loan Obligations

   I acknowledge that if a loan is sanctioned and availed by me, I will be solely responsible for complying with the repayment obligations and other terms agreed with the concerned lender. Any dispute relating to the sanction, servicing, interest, charges, repayment, collection, foreclosure, rejection, or other loan-related matters shall be addressed in accordance with the lender's applicable grievance redressal mechanism and loan documentation.

7. 7. Affiliate Relationship & Referral Fee

   I understand that MoneyDosti may receive a referral, affiliate, or marketing fee/commission from a lending partner for eligible referrals or successful applications, where applicable. This commercial relationship does not constitute a guarantee of approval or alter the lender's independent credit decision.

8. 8. Consent to Contact & Data Sharing

   By submitting my information, I consent to MoneyDosti and/or the relevant lending partner contacting me regarding my loan application and related products through permitted communication channels. I understand that my information may be shared with the relevant lender(s) or service providers where necessary for processing my request and subject to applicable law and the applicable Privacy Policy and consent requirements.

9. 9. Accuracy of Information

   I confirm that the information and documents provided by me are true, accurate, complete, and up to date. I understand that providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in rejection of my application or other consequences under applicable law or the lender's policies.

10. 10. Independent Decision

    I confirm that I am voluntarily using MoneyDosti's comparison and referral service and that I have made my own decision to proceed with the selected loan product after reviewing the information made available to me.

11. 11. Acceptance and Electronic Consent

    By checking the box marked "I Agree" and clicking the relevant submit/apply button, I confirm that I have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and consent to proceed with the loan referral/application process. My electronic acceptance, together with the associated date, time, IP/device information and application details, may be recorded as evidence of my acceptance and consent, subject to applicable law.
